Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation Policy. Cancellation on or less than 21 days of the date of arrival is subject to a cancellation charge of three days rental (at the prevailing daily rate) plus VAT or, for bookings in excess of two weeks, one week’s rental (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT. Cancellation more than 21 days before date of arrival - no cancellation charge.

Sofa bed or fold out bed: There is a linen charge of £35 plus VAT (£42) per linen change. Cots and high chairs: These are provided free of charge, but subject to availability. The above must be requested in advance particularly for the weekends or Bank Holidays as the Office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
